Scope of this Policy
This Privacy Policy sets out the principles, which Anne Smith Creations will observe regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information about any identifiable person excluding Anne Smith Creations employees.
This Privacy is complementary to the Web Site Privacy Policy posted on the Anne Smith Creations website at www.flowersmith.com.

Principle 2 - The Purposes for (and the manner in which)
Anne Smith Creations may collect, use or disclose personal information subject to applicable law, Anne Smith Creations will identify the purposes for which personal information is collected, used or disclosed before that information is collected, used or disclosed, as the case may be.

If an individual successfully demonstrates to Anne Smith Creations that personal information is inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or irrelevant, Anne Smith Creations will revise the personal information. If necessary, Anne Smith Creations will disclose the revised personal information to third parties, which were provided with the wrong information to permit them to revise their records as well.
Principle 7 - Safeguards
Security safeguards are employed to protect personal information against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification. The nature of the safeguards will vary depending on the sensitivity of the personal information that has been collected, the amount, distribution, and format of the information, and the method of storage. The more sensitive personal information will be safeguarded at a higher level of protection.
- The methods of protection employed by Anne Smith Creations will include: physical measures, including locked filing cabinets and restricted access to offices;
- organizational measures, such as security clearances and limiting access on a "need to know" basis;
- technological measures, such as the use of passwords and encryption.
Anne Smith Creations will inform employees about Anne Smith Creations policies and procedures for protecting personal information and will emphasize the importance of complying with them. As a condition of employment, employees will be required to conform to Anne Smith Creations policies and procedures concerning the security of personal information.
Anne Smith Creations will use care in the disposal or destruction of personal information, to prevent unauthorized parties from gaining access to the information.

Anne Smith Creations will establish procedures to receive and to respond to complaints or inquiries about Anne Smith Creations policies and practices relating to the handling of personal information. The complaint procedure will be easily accessible and simple to use.
Anne Smith Creations will investigate all complaints. If Anne Smith Creations finds that a complaint is justified, Anne Smith Creations will take appropriate measures, including, if necessary, amending its policies and practices.
